DBAC's Brief History

A non-profit organization established by Elaine Ducharme and Susan Pedersen in 1987. This Organization is for Deaf-Blind community be more independent. DBAC holds events like: annual picnic, walkathons, Christmas Party and more. We also hosted the American Association of the Deaf-Blind Conference in 1998.

Mission Statement

DBAC promotes the welfare of Deaf-Blind people in educational, economic, security, social equality and just rights and privileges as citizens. The Association cooperates with other organization of and for Deaf-Blind people and Deaf people in working toward its objections.
