Cocktail Sauce

1 cup stiff mayonnaise
2 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoon anchovy sauce
4 tablespoon tomato catsup
1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix anchovy sauce in olive oil. Add other ingredients and stir until creamy. Lemon juice and more pepper may be added if mayonnaise does not carry sufficient seasoning. Use with lobster, crab, shrimps.
