Mix 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon grated horseradish (scant) 1 teaspoon Eng. mustard, ½ teaspoon salt. Add ½ cup heavy cream beaten until stiff and 3 tablespoon mayonnaise dressing. Serve with jellied veal.
