Lemon Jello Pie

1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 lemon jello package
1 lemon
1 cup boiling water

Evaporated milk and sugar - beaten until stiff. Add 1 package of lemon jello to juice and rind of lemon then dissolve with boiling water. Fold into sugar and milk. Pour into pie tin that has been lined with vanilla.

Wafers - chill in ice box - 24 hours.
