Place six pork chops in sufficient water to cover and boil 5 minutes. Remove and add to water, 8 tablespoon soy sauce and 6 tablespoon dark molasses. When well mixed return chops to sauce and add six hard boiled eggs. Simmer on slow fire at least 1 hour. When chops and eggs have turned to a deep brown serve with boiled rice. Also chops good cold.
