Sponge Cake By D. Wright

6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
½ cup boiling H²O
1½ cup cake flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

Beaten egg yolks until light, add sugar, boiling H²O, cake flour, baking powder and salt - beat thoroughly. Oven 325° to 350° - 45 minutes.
