Add in a bag - 2 sprigs parsley, onion stuck with 3 cloves, small piece bayleaf, 4 peppercorns and 4 allspice berries. Add 3 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoon catsup, 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet, 6 cup boiling water. Cook 1½ hours. Add 6 onions, 6 white turnip, 6 carrots. Cook 1½ hours. Remove bag of spices and add 6 tablespoon flour mixed with 6 tablespoon cold water. Stir until boils, simmer 5 minutes and add dumplings. Steam 12 minutes and serve.
