Tomatoe Jellied Salad

3 cup tomato juice
½ onion
Celery
Piece bayleaf
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon gelatine in 1 cup water
1 slice green pepper chopped
1 cup string beans chopped
4 olives chopped
4 hard cooked eggs chopped

Cook tomato, onion, celery, bayleaf and salt in 10 minutes. Add gelatine when when begins to thicken, add beans, olives, eggs. May add cold chicken, veal, lamb, etc. chopped fine.
