Turkish Pilaf

1 cup rice
1 cup cooked chicken
1 cup raisins
1 medium white onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup pecans or almonds
1 egg

Boil rice. Mix rice, chicken (minced) celery and nuts in mixing bowl. Beat egg slightly and add. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Brown chopped onion and add to above mixture. Place all in casserole and bake until brown on top.
