Veal Stew

2# lean veal cut in small pieces
1 quart peas
½# mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Small can tomatoes

Sear meat, cover with water and simmer 2 hours. Add quart peas, mushrooms and when cooked add small can tomatoes. Thicken with flour - 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon water for every cup of liquid used.
