DBAC's Brief History

A non-profit organization established by Elaine Ducharme and Susan Pedersen in 1987. This Organization is for DeafBlind community be more independent. DBAC holds events like: annual picnic, walkathons, Christmas Party and more. We also hosted the American Association of the DeafBlind Conference in 1998.

Mission Statement

DBAC promotes the welfare of DeafBlind people in educational, economic, security, social equality and just rights and privileges as citizens. The Association cooperates with other organization of and for DeafBlind people and Deaf people in working toward its objections.
